Well I guess I should start out and say thank
you for taking the time to read about me.
As you probably already know my name is Bill Pronovost. I was hired
on at Local 555 in
late 2005. I started out in the Membership
Records Department. From there I moved on
to being a Union Representative. Currently
I am in the Communications Department. I enjoying the work
here at Local 555 and fighting for workers
rights. One of the things that really
makes this job a challenge and a pleasure is
that I have to constantly deal with new things.
Everyday is a little different than the day
before. I think it is important to take
the time to learn from what is going on and
everyday teaches me something.
On the personal side of things I love writing
and creating new things, such as videos. I
am working towards a double major at Portland State
University in the fields of Political Science
and Criminal Justice. This has been a long
process but I get a little closer all the time.
I like to relax by watching movies and T.V. I
like just about everything but some of my
favorite shows are Fox’s 24, CBS’s crime
shows, and SciFi Friday. I have a great
cat and when I get a chance I like to get out to
a golf course.
